Tyler Dunham

Before entering real estate, Tyler worked extensively in the physical therapy field and earned two bachelor's degrees one in Health Science and another in Biomedical Science along with an AS in Physical Therapist Assisting, which he completed at Hodges University in Naples, Florida. His early professional experience developed his commitment to precision, communication, and problem-solving, qualities that now define the way he serves his clients as both a REALTOR® and a licensed property manager.

Over the past two years, Tyler has managed multiple condominium and HOA communities in the Olde Naples market, with a strong focus on compliance, operations, and long-term asset protection. This combined background gives him a rare level of insight into association governance, financial structures, maintenance planning, and transactional strategy expertise that consistently benefits his buyers, sellers, and investors across both condominium and single-family real estate.

Detail-oriented, responsive, and results-driven, Tyler is known for delivering a high-touch client experience while ensuring clarity and confidence at every step. Outside of real estate, Tyler is a devoted husband and proud father of four daughters. Faith and family are central priorities in his life, reflecting the guiding values shared by John R. He is actively engaged in Collier County's homeschool community, participates in his daughters' dance studio activities, and spends his free time boating, fishing, hunting, reading military history, and playing guitar.
