Utilizing her 30 years of business experience in real estate and financial management, from New England to Naples, Florida, Heidi Varsames has successfully guided her clients through a new chapter in their lives. Whether newly retired, relocating due to employment or lifestyle changes, or simply seeking the beautiful weather, white sandy beaches or the numerous golf courses and activities that Naples and Bonita Springs have to offer, the client's interests and goals must always come first.

Heidi has been a resident of Collier County since 2000 and her Florida real estate license in 2001. She has earned many designations including Certified Broker Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate, REALTOR® Institute and member of the Senior Real Estate Specialist Council. In addition, she is a 13-time recipient of the Five Star Real Estate Best in Client Satisfaction Award, as well as many performance recognition awards by John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate and Women's Council of REALTORS®. She was recently inducted into the John R. Wood Properties Hall of Fame.

Community volunteerism is essential to Heidi's life. As a graduate of the Greater Naples Leadership Master Class VIII, Heidi has served as a board member of several local non-profit boards including The League Club, The Fresh Start for Abused Women Fund, Fun Time Early Childhood Education, The Grants Committee of the Collier County Community Foundation and the Women's Council of REALTORS®. She was also a recipient of President Obama's President's Volunteer Service Award. Heidi is serving as the President of the Rotary Chapter of Bonita/Naples.
