Emily K. Bua brings a broad range of real estate experience to the team, her high level skill sets include corporate relocation, estate sales, and regional manager for the internationally recognized Coldwell Banker Real Estate. She has also managed two major U.S. corporate relocation departments, at Westinghouse Electric Corporation and Mellon National Bank. Emily holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree, both from the University of Pittsburgh. Her early years as a high school innercity schoolteacher helped her acquire the necessary skill sets to help people achieve their goals. Emily quickly became—and remains—one of Naples' leading luxury real estate agents, offering dedicated service to clients in prestigious communities such as Port Royal, Bonita Bay, and the beach and golf course communities throughout Naples.

As a Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Emily is an active member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® (NABOR) and has served on NABOR's Ethics Committee. She was the first recipient of the Glass Slipper Award from Champions for Learning, an honor recognizing outstanding women. Throughout her career, Emily has held leadership roles, including serving on the Boards of Naples Illustrated Magazine, the Von Liebig Arts Center, and The United Way of Collier County (past Board President). She also co-chaired the Capital Campaign for the Shelter for Abused Women and Children and has served on the Boards of The Learning Connection and Champions for Learning of Collier County. Her dedication to community service is widely recognized, and her philanthropic efforts continue to make a significant impact across Southwest Florida.

Emily is also immensely proud to work alongside her daughter, Tade Bua-Bell. A mother of four successful adult children and six grandchildren, Emily has personally experienced living in various high-end communities in Naples, including The Estuary at Grey Oaks, Park Shore Beach, Olde Naples, and now Pelican Bay. This diverse experience has provided Emily and Tade with an unparalleled understanding of the Naples area, giving them the knowledge and insight to serve their clients’ unique needs.
