Originally from Guam, Annie spent most of her adult life in Illinois before making the beautiful move to Florida. Her journey has been far from conventional. Once a single mother working two jobs while pursuing her education, she advanced from secretary to Professor of Computer Science. This path instilled in her the understanding that success demands more than hard work—it requires drive, clear goals, and a strategic plan.

Following her retirement from academia, Annie embraced the adventurous role of flight attendant, a chapter filled with rich experiences and lasting relationships. Eventually, she was drawn to real estate, a profession that perfectly blends her passions for education, service, and community engagement.

Annie believes that knowledge is power and is deeply committed to lifelong learning. She has completed numerous real estate courses on prospecting, marketing, contracts, negotiations, pricing strategies, ethics, and more—often taking them multiple times to stay ahead in an ever-evolving industry.
