Background

Aaron Earls is a native Neapolitan who returned to his hometown after completing college and serving in the military. As a proud alumnus of the University of Florida, Aaron successfully earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Criminology in 2004.

After completing his education, Aaron dedicated himself to serving his country as a United States Army Officer. For five years, he excelled as a Cavalry Officer, demonstrating exceptional leadership and commitment. Aaron's service included a notable deployment in Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2007 to 2009, where he served with distinction.

He is married to the beautiful and talented Kelsey Earls and they have 3 beautiful children, Alex, Elizabeth and Mason. Outside of his professional pursuits, Aaron enjoys spending time with family and immersing himself in the vibrant culture of Naples. He also loves playing golf as a member of the Moorings Golf and Country Club.  His passion for his community and dedication to serving others is evident in both his personal and professional life, making him a trusted advisor and a valuable asset to those seeking their real estate dreams.

Following his military career, Aaron transitioned into the world of real estate, joining the esteemed Earls/Lappin Real Estate Team at John R. Wood, Realtors. Over the past 13 years, he has brought the same qualities and principles he learned in the Army to his work, helping the team maintain its tradition of excellence.
