Jake did a great job helping me sell and buy a new home at the same time. He went above and beyond! I am glad I picked him as my realtor.

Jake worked to close with an out-of-country seller. Oftentimes, the correspondence was strained, and the Title work difficult. He guided us through a successful closing on an outstanding property that he found for us!

Over the years, we have moved quite often. And with those moves we have experienced the good, bad and the ugly when it comes to working with realtors. Our experience with Jake did not fall into any of those categories. Jake is professional, personable, knowledgeable, incredibly responsive and worked for us/not against us.
